Located at the bottom of the protected Manche valley at an altitude of 1180 meters, towards the lake "des Mines d'or", the chalet des Evès of traditional construction in larch wood and local stones, dominates the river "Dranse de la Manche" which flows a few hundred meters below to reach the mountain village of Morzine in the center of the Portes du Soleil ski area

Carried by abundant snowfalls in the winter season, water gushes in several places on the side of the surrounding mountains, making this place the source of drinking water for the village of Morzine

3 parking spaces, one of which is covered, are available. For 2023, a fast charging of your vehicle will be installed. Currently, however, a 16A plug is available
